Rain Rain
Ran Around The Block Today, Getting My Toning Of My Legs Going. Did A Lot Of Laps Around The Block. I Got Tuckered Out And Decided To Go Inside For The Night. Started To Turn On Computer And Plug My Phone In, The Dark Clouds Began To Roll In Over The Atmosphere. I Heard What Sounded Like Thunder Then A Cool Breeze Came Strolling Through My Window. It All Became Clear, As My Ears Started To Decipher The Difference Between The Fireworks And Rain Pounding On All The Roof Tops. Without A Moments Hesitation I Jumped Out Of My Seat, Grabbed My Keys, Threw On A Sweater, (Would Have Preferred No Sweater, But, This Was No Wet T-Shirt Contest lol Should Have Been “Streaking Night”).
I Ran Out The Door. I Saw Lightning, I Was About To Change My Mind! Then I Said “Fuck It” I Started Running Around The Block, I Didn’t Bother Putting My Hair Up. I Am Soaked To The Bone! My Shorts, Jacket And Sneakers! Even My Socks!
I Just Ran!
I Haven’t Felt That Good In The Longest Time! I Believe That That Is The Best, Most Liberating Experience EVER! Sitting Hear Now, Feeling Wonderful!
